CALLER ID displays the caller's telephone number. There are some restrictions. For example, the caller must also be calling from an area with CALLER ID capability and not have a "block" activated. The subscriber must provide the telephone set or module with the CALLER ID view screen.
To block your number from appearing to other subscribers, dial *97 before placing a call. Both Caller ID subscribers and non-subscribers may use this block.
