ANNOUNCEMENTS

LONG DISTANCE RATE DECREASE

The rate for calls within the United States is decreasing from 8 cents per minute to 7 cents per minute effective 1 July 2005.

ILLICALL HAS MOVED

The CITES offices in the Presidential Tower have completed the move to DCL (Digital Computer Lab) 1304 West Springfield, Urbana. DCL is the building where the CITES Help Desk is located. Illicall walk-in service is available at the CITES Communications Customer Service office in room 1110. Phone numbers, email, and web site all remain the same.

SCHEDULED DOWNTIME

The Illicall web site and "Order, Change or Cancel Services" pages will be unavailable the second Wednesday of each month from 7:00am to 9:00am for regular server maintenance.

We hope the early morning hours will minimize any inconvenience the downtime may cause.
